Our story

Meet Rohan Negi

Rohan started on the trails, not at a desk — a trek leader with twelve years in Uttarakhand tourism before he founded Himalayan Trails in 2016. He'd watched how the region usually gets sold: booked from a call centre, packaged for volume, handed off the moment something went wrong.

So he built the opposite. A small company of locals who guide their own trips, keep groups honest at 14, and stay reachable on one number from your first question to your last. The person designing your itinerary has walked every route on it.
